Terms of Use for helpstransaction.garden

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use helpstransaction.garden and the services offered through it by Helpstransaction Tree Service. By using the website, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Helpstransaction Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

About the Providers

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

You agree to give accurate information when you contact us and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You also agree not to misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop us contacting you, email contact@helpstransaction.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Helpstransaction Tree Service or those who license them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Helpstransaction Tree Service is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this website, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
